Discovering your “home base” Enneagram Type is a very personal process and not something to be rushed. It’s also not something that anyone else, even a professional teacher, can do for you. There are too many factors that can impact how our Type shows up, from family history to identity dynamics to the culture we are raised in.
Because of this complexity, my style of helping you land on your Type is through a series of gentle questions, inquiry, and listening. Sometimes your home base will be very clear by the end of the session; other times you may be exploring two or three Types. Whatever the “result,” I always provide further practices, inquiry, and questions for you to explore after the session to help in your continued discernment.
